Hope you had a great trip! We live in the DC area - it's a lot of fun being able to go and visit the monuments, museums and more. Also nice to be within a few hours of the beach. Did you go to Ocean City?
We did have a good trip, and thanks for asking! The Hirshhorn museum and sculpture garden and the Natural History museum were probably bigger hits than the monuments with the kids, which surprised me. we also spent 3 days in Ocean City.
